Terry William Rozier III, nicknamed "Scary Terry," is an American professional basketball player currently with the Miami Heat, having previously played for the Boston Celtics and Charlotte Hornets. Born on March 17, 1994, Rozier played college basketball for the Louisville Cardinals before being selected as the 16th overall pick in the 2015 NBA draft by the Celtics. His early life was marked by challenges, as he was primarily raised by his mother and grandmother due to his father's repeated imprisonments, starting when Terry was just two months old.

After four seasons as a reserve with the Celtics, Rozier transitioned to a prominent starting role for the Charlotte Hornets for four-and-a-half seasons before his trade to the Heat. However, his career recently took a significant turn when he was arrested by the FBI in October 2025 for alleged involvement in an illegal gambling scheme.
